Col. Man Singh, the founding father of Angel's Public School, was an alumnus of the Indian Military Academy. An ex-serviceman, who was bestowed with the Army Chiefs Commendation Card in the recognition of his devotion to his duty for the nation.
During his lifetime, he was duly recognized and honoured for his selfless and dedicated services throughout his life. He had been honoured with the various national and international awards like- Rashtriya Rattan Award, Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani Award, Indira Gandhi Sadhavna Award, Rashtriya Gaurav Award, for his contribution in the field of education.
After retirement, he wanted to work towards the benefit of the children and thus nurtured the bud of Angel's into a huge, flourishing and fruitful tree of Angel's Public School, a school that brings out the best in each one who, takes shelter beneath it.
Since, 1992 the year of inception of the school it was Colonel Man's unflinching endeavor to impart knowledge and create better citizens of tomorrow. Thinking out of the box, innovative problem solving, drawing inferences, thus helping the students to build a scientific bent of mind were a few of his approaches of endearing young minds.
"School is a building which has four walls with tomorrow inside". He lived by this quote in the form of Angel's Public School and became immortal.
